If you’re ready to book a naturopathic appointment, you’re in the right place. Before you get started, here are a few quick notes to help things go smoothly:

  • All appointments with me are virtual (via a secure video link sent 30 minutes before your appointment).

  • Appointment times are shown in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Payment is collected at the time of booking.

  • You’ll receive an insurance/tax receipt once your appointment has taken place. (Please note: naturopathic visits and lab testing are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health plans provide coverage.)

  • After every visit, you’ll receive a personalized written summary of your treatment plan, including any lab recommendations, supplement suggestions, and nutrition or lifestyle guidance.
